Festival Of The Dead, the ‘deathly fiesta’ returns to Manchester on Saturday 2nd November for it’s 4th year with two huge events. Bringing brand new, mind-blowing production infusing carnival, circus, theatre and clubbing.
In the Bowlers Main Arena, new for 2019, Festival of the Dead presents ‘The Dark Carnival’, whilst at the same time in a separate arena, Halloween-Land brings Manchester’s first Halloween-themed festival. One ticket gives you access to both events.
Festival Of The Dead grew from a single Halloween party at The Troxy in London into an experiential phenomenon, they dazzle crowds with the UK’s largest touring skeleton prop; a huge mechanical skull known as ‘El Diablo’ and a giant spider on stilts, create a breathtaking visual spectacle brand new for ‘The Dark Carnival’. With mind bending performances, live music and DJs, professional face painters and crowds dressed up in macabre outfits to be part of the show, Festival Of The Dead is an experience like nothing else out there.
Halloween-Land steps up the entertainment, a standard ticket offers Festival Of The Dead entry, cult horror movie screenings, witches grotto, and immersive walkabout characters. With the option to pay for their extras; Franken-stein’s Spooky Oktoberfest Grotto, fairground rides, haunted houses, Zombie Run, luminous blood dip, professional face painters, immersive photo booths, food stalls and more.
