This boutique festival delivers the perfect pairing of the finest Prosecco and a hot slice of freshly-made pizza, straight from the oven.
Ticket-holders will receive a free Prosecco cocktail upon entry, as well as the Pizza & Prosecco Bible to test their knowledge. Add in live music, pop song sing-a-longs and local traders serving up a wide range of delights and you have the perfect festival for your average foodie.
The Pizza & Prosecco Festival will arrive in Manchester on the 16th September, at Bowlers Exhibition Centre, as part of a national tour of sixteen major cities around the UK. From 2pm ’til 10pm, friends can gather in selected locations, full of charm and style, to enjoy over 20 different Proseccos, including a variety of sparkling cocktails, while tasting the delicious home-cooked pizza on offer from a range of much-loved local traders, such as Doughboys, Ffwrnes and The Original Goodfillas. The Tiny Tipple Van will be on hand to ensure that every slice of pizza is matched to the perfect Prosecco. Guests can snuggle under soft blankets next to outdoor heaters and focus on fun and laughs with friends while The Pizza & Prosecco Festival does the rest.
The pizzas available are all lovingly prepared by hand with bespoke doughs and creative toppings, designed to give a mouth-watering experience. There will be gluten-free and vegan options available to cater for all requirements. Guests will find a chilled, bubbly Prosecco always on hand to wash down the pizza, with the Tiny Tipple Van demonstrating some ingenious cocktails which simply have to be tasted.
