Made with wild juniper, strawberries, cherries, red currants, blackberries, raspberries, Angelica, caraway, orris root, orange blossom, lime blossom, vanilla and foraged Mancunian dog rose in the distillation, this brand new limited edition gin from Zymurgorium is donating 100% of profits to the Red Cross Manchester Appeal.
After being macerated for half a day with freshly picked Mancunian elderflower, the gin was transferred into 346 bottles. This is the only batch of this gin to be made and it’s almost sold out! (it may all be gone already!)
This brand new gin was meant to be released in July, but the team at Zymurgorium decided to take some sleepless nights to do their bit for the Manchester victims. They’ve told us:
“The original gin was actually based on music and blossoms which is why we felt it was something perfect to raise money for the arena attack victims.”
See if there are any bottles left below, if not, why not have a look at the other gins they have on offer and donate to the fund anyway!
